The first blog by a British prisoner. Variously described as being "obviously extremely intelligent" (Michael Gove), "the most interesting interview I have ever done" (Michael Portillo), and a "fully paid up member of the awkward squad" (Parole Board), I try to generate debate around the moral and political nexus that is imprisonment. Imprisoned between ages 14 to 47, released on Licence in August 2012

Thank You
We have reached our total! Thank you, so much, for your kindness and generosity...both in cash and spirit! A special thanks goes to Paul Sagar for the extra publicity.
If there is any need for him to be sent study materials, writing paper, pens etc. then please please post as I for one would happily send him anything he needed.
Wow, that was fast, well done. I'd like to second Ben's praise for Paul Sagar too. It takes courage to stand up for a prisoner in the media.
