Nothing yet because the Justice ministry has not given its program of cuts to the treasury yet. Or just reading Polly Toynbee in the Guardian, it seems that snuck out in the budget councils will no longer be legally required to house released young offenders (which means the state will soon have to accommodate them in prison again, money saved: zero. extra expended: £Millions
